About:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, contribute to market research activities, and assist in driving brand awareness and customer engagement. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with a passion for marketing and a desire to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products/services and drive business growth.

3. Conduct market research and gather insights on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.

5. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

6. Assist in managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

7. Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

8. Assist in maintaining the company's website, ensuring content accuracy and optimization for search engines.

9. Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement and potential market opportunities.

10. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

2. Prior internship or work experience of 2+ years in marketing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

3. Basic knowledge of marketing principles and concepts.

4. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and content management systems.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of local languages is a plus.

7. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

8. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

9. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

10. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of marketing.
