Role Overview

As part of Indiva Marketing's PR & Marketing team, you will work on hospitality, lifestyle, and tourism brands, building media relationships, conceptualising campaigns, and executing impactful communications strategies.

We are hiring for two levels:

  • Junior Role:
    Public Relations Executive (1 to 2 years experience)
  • Mid-Level Role:
    Public Relations Manager (3 to 5 years experience)

Key Responsibilities

For Both Roles:

  • Develop and execute PR plans for hospitality, lifestyle, and tourism clients.
  • Draft press releases, media pitches, fact sheets, and client communication material.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media houses.
  • Coordinate media coverage, interviews, and editorial opportunities.
  • Support in planning and executing press events, media familiarisation trips, and influencer activations.
  • Track and report PR coverage, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for integrated marketing campaigns.

Additional for Mid-Level Role:

  • Lead client servicing for assigned accounts, acting as the primary contact.
  • Develop PR strategy and campaign concepts aligned to client goals.
  • Manage junior team members, guiding their growth and output.
  • Handle crisis communications and sensitive brand situations.
  • Strengthen media networks across national and regional publications.

Requirements

For Junior Role:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in PR, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for media, content creation, and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

For Mid-Level Role:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven PR experience with relevant industry exposure.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client accounts and campaigns.
  • Strong network of media and influencer contacts.
  • Strategic thinking with excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
