**Job Title**: Junior Marketing Executive

**Reporting to**: Social Media Manager

**Key Responsibilities**

**Branding and Marketing Support**
- Assist in executing and managing branding initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Actively support the sales team in building the company’s brand presence in the market.

**Public Relations and Client Engagement**
- Establish and nurture relationships with architects and interior designers to enhance brand recognition.
- Represent the brand in meetings, events, and industry gatherings, ensuring a professional and impactful presence.

**Content Creation**
- Design visually appealing and engaging video content using tools such as Canva, VN, or CapCut.
- Produce social media posts, promotional materials, and event highlights to captivate target audiences.

**Sponsorship Acquisition**
- Research and identify potential sponsors for events, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Develop and present compelling sponsorship proposals to partners.
- Maintain relationships with sponsors, ensuring a mutually beneficial collaboration.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Canva
- Strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box.
- Prior experience in sponsorship or event coordination is a plus.
- Experience or interest in building relationships with architects and interior designers is a significant advantage.

**Salary**

INR 10,000 to INR 20,000
