**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including paid ads.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and creative assets.
- Support the sales team by preparing marketing materials, brochures, pitch decks, and case studies.
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
- Support the graphic design team by creating/editing designs using tools like Canva.
- Analyze campaign performance and assist in marketing analytics/reporting.
- Conduct competitor and market research to support content and campaign strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream. (Technical Degree Preferred).
- 0 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content writing, or branding.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with key marketing tools and platforms:

- Design: Canva (mandatory), Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (bonus)
- Social Media: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing, technical content creation, and lead nurturing.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Digital Marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, Coursera, etc.).
- Experience in B2B/tech marketing or in the networking & telecom domain.
- Understanding of CRM tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
