**Job Title: Junior digital Marketing Executive - Fresher**

**Department: Marketing**

**Location: Pune**

**Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)**

**Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers can apply)**

**About the Role**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating engaging posts and content.

Support SEO and SEM initiatives to increase website traffic and visibility.

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.

Help in analyzing campaign performance data and preparing regular marketing reports.

Coordinate with the design and content teams for creative assets.

Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.

**Required Skills**:
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.

Knowledge of content creation and social media trends.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

**Qualification**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

**Key Attributes**:
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.

Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
