Industry specific
-- Knowledge of the telecoms industry and convergence.
- Broad understanding of the Global business
- A good working knowledge of Global Service Management and related functions

-- Extremely high logical and analytical skills, and well-adapted at extracting key ‘signals’, and translating these into balanced.
- Excellent numeracy, analytics and data interpretation skills

** The skills you’ll need**:

Proven experience in leading and developing team of reporting analysts
- A stellar career with demonstrable experience in the reporting & business intelligence field
- Clear evidence of strong stakeholder management at multiple levels.
- A strong and convincing communicator at all levels, fluent in the English language
- Experienced as working Reporting Analyst with at least 2 years
- Advanced Excel knowledge, ideally with VBA
- Good Oracle SQL abilities and a general knowledge of database fundamentals
- Advanced visualization tools (Qlik) or automation skills would be desirable skills
