Job Title: Sales Executive
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Lead Generation**: Identify and target new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
- **Client Consultation**: Understand client needs, provide expert advice, and recommend suitable properties based on their requirements.
- **Property Presentations**: Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers and tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of properties.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on current market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to advise clients accurately and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and process necessary sales documentation and agreements in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, but other sales backgrounds will also be considered.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help clients find the best properties for their needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and processes is a plus.
