1. Identify and engage potential clients through networking and referrals.

2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand property needs.

3. Present and promote residential properties to prospective buyers.

4. Conduct site visits and property tours, highlighting features and benefits.

5. Provide detailed property information, including pricing and terms.

6. Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values.

7. Advise clients on market conditions and mortgage options.

8. Address client queries and ensure post-sale satisfaction.

9. Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. MBA in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

2. 3-5 years of experience in sales or real estate (freshers with strong sales aptitude

welcome).

3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

5. Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.

6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

8. Flexible to work weekends and evenings as per client availability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
