**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to identify and reach the right customers.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI and efficient spending.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Track and report on key metrics, providing regular updates on campaign progress and insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and Meta Ads advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of both platforms, including campaign setup, targeting options, bidding strategies, and ad formats.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other relevant tracking tools.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
