**We are looking for a Creative and results-oriented Social Media & Google Ads Expert**

**About the Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a social media and Google Ads enthusiast to join our growing team. You will play a key role in crafting and executing social media strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns, and reporting on the success of our client initiatives. You will be a team player who can collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with clients to achieve optimal results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for assigned clients, aligned with their brand messaging and business goals.
- Manage daily social media operations across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Plan and execute effective Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and YouTube, driving targeted traffic and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement and ROI maximization.
- Communicate with clients on campaign progress and results through dedicated WhatsApp groups and monthly reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and Google Ads advancements to ensure consistent success.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement broader digital marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media and Google Ads management.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaign execution and Google Ads performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, campaign targeting options, and ad copywriting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise client communication.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and Google Ads platform.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and data-driven approach to problem-solving, with a passion for digital marketing.
- Team player with a collaborative and positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
