**Position**: Production Supervisor - CNC Machining Operations

To achieve this, we implement continuous production monitoring and stringent quality control measures, overseeing every stage from raw material cutting to final operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Jaw Boring & Program Interpretation**: Perform jaw boring operations and interpret existing CNC programs to ensure precision and adherence to specifications.
- **ISO 9001 Compliance**: Ensure all machining processes align with ISO 9001 standards, maintaining rigorous quality control throughout production.
- **Training & Development**: Provide continuous training to both new and existing operators, fostering skill development and operational excellence.
- **SOP Documentation**: Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning various machine setups and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize processes.
- **Material Flow & Dispatch Management**: Oversee the flow of materials across different workstations and coordinate dispatch activities to meet delivery schedules.
- **Communication & Coordination**: Maintain daily communication with top management and shop floor workers to effectively implement instructions and ensure seamless operations.
- **5S Implementation**: Utilize free time to implement and uphold 5S principles, promoting a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- **Policy Adherence**: Strictly follow safety protocols and company policies, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Exhibit a kind and generous communication style, adeptly navigating diverse mindsets while aligning with the company's goals and vision.
- **Attendance & Punctuality**: Maintain prompt and regular attendance, setting a standard for reliability and commitment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining operations, particularly with Fanuc controls.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in setting up jobs on CNC and VMC machines, with a solid understanding of metrology instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges.
- **CAM Software**: Familiarity with CAM software is ideal.
- **Mindset**: Ability to perform machine setup, production monitoring, and quality control simultaneously.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy, adaptability, and team collaboration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹600.00 per hour
