**Job Opening in Malad West for Operation Executive**

**Education
- Graduation**

1. Manage operations and query of clients efficiently by and also to ensure that services are delivered as per expected level.

2. Ensuring Operational Process implementation and execution for car optimization.

3. Excellent coordination to be done between operation team on daily basis.

4. Managing drivers and Vendor partners, ensuring all work process is maintained by drivers and vendor partners both.

5. Managing dashboard, updating guest profiles, and personal attention for VIP transaction to be delivered.

7. Daily audit of the car, managing car amenities and technology in the car.

8. Conducting regular training for the drivers and local vendors like - system, GPS tracking, grooming etc.

9. Booking and, billing MIS, duty slip, log sheet of cars data to be maintained precisely.

10. Car audit, driver audit, follow up with vendor drivers, surprised audit of cars& drivers etc.

11. Maintain a good rapport with Local sales team - ensure timely revert adherence of TAT managing internal and external client expectations and ensuring great delivery.

12. Handle customer complaints with necessary service recovery Retain all clients / businesses.

13. Managing Complaints escalated by Traveler/Guest, team proper handling of the complaints by resolving issues, keeping a control on suppliers and drivers & updating of complaints in the log book and timely respond to client.

Experience
- Should have 3 to 4 yrs. experience in car rental and should be aware of software Indecab and adopt of technology etc.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Operations: 1 year (preferred)
