
Business Administrator

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM systems.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, within the service industry.
**Skills**:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and identify new market opportunities. \
- Knowledge of staff augmentation services and experience in promoting them.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of initiative.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
