Sales & Marketing Executive-fresher

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Sales Strategy & Business Development:*
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and architects.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets and customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
2. *Client Relationship Management:*
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide clients with product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the benefits of CLC blocks.
- Follow up on sales leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
3. *Marketing & Promotions:*
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote CLC blocks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, brochures, and online content.
4. *Market Analysis & Feedback:*
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
5. *Coordination & Communication:*
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain communication with clients during post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
