**Job Description: Sales Executive/Manager (Co-Working Space)**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive/Manager to drive business growth and manage operations in our co-working space.
- Generate leads, convert inquiries into memberships, and meet sales targets for occupancy in the co-working space.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their workspace needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the co-working space, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for all members.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional activities to attract new clients.
- Conduct tours of the space, highlighting key features and benefits to potential members.
- Handle contracts, renewals, and payments, ensuring timely processing and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the community team to organize events and networking opportunities for members.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and stay competitive.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and fostering a positive community.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and occupancy statistics for management review.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
