**Key Responsibilities**:
**Brand Creation & Identity Design**
- Conceptualize and handcraft unique brand identities that are both artistic and strategic.
- Create mood boards, logos, and brand style guides that express the brand’s personality.
- Paint the bigger picture: define the visual tone and build recognition across every touchpoint.

**Artistic Visual Design**
- Deliver aesthetically captivating visuals for digital and print—social media, web, packaging, pitch decks, and more.
- Bring an artist’s touch to every pixel, from typography to color harmony and layout to illustration.
- Work closely with copywriters and strategists to ensure the visuals carry the emotion and message powerfully.

**Ideation & Creative Exploration**
- Be the voice of artistic innovation in brainstorms and pitches.
- Sketch ideas, develop rough drafts, and evolve them into stunning final pieces.
- Stay inspired and inspire others by tracking creative trends in design, culture, and art.

**Collaboration & Ownership**
- Coordinate with developers, marketers, and other creatives to turn ideas into reality.
- Manage design workflow, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Take full artistic ownership while remaining flexible to feedback and evolution.

**Quality Control & Consistency**
- Maintain top-notch visual consistency aligned with the brand’s tone.
- Ensure every design detail meets the gold standard of beauty and functionality.
- Archive and document creative assets with clarity and structure.

**You Are**:

- A **visual storyteller** with an artistic heart and a strategic mind.
- Someone who sketches for fun and critiques billboards for their typography.

- A lover of **color palettes, hand-lettering, bold concepts, and meticulous design craft**.

**Required Skills & Tools**:

- 3-6 years of experience in graphic or brand design (agency experience is a plus).
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a bonus).
- Exceptional artistic abilities: sketching, concept drawing, and layout sense.
- Strong knowledge of **typography, color theory, composition, and brand aesthetics**.
- A portfolio that reflects a **unique artistic flair and a mind full of ideas**.
