We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative designs and visual concepts that communicate our brand message effectively across multiple platforms. You should have a strong eye for aesthetics, trends, and design principles, along with the ability to turn ideas into visually appealing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging and original creative concepts for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
  • Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, banners, advertisements, presentations, and branding materials.
  • Create visually compelling graphics for websites, landing pages, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content team to ensure brand consistency in all designs.
  • Work on UI/UX elements for digital platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Stay updated with design trends, industry standards, and emerging tools.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
  • Ensure all creatives align with the brand identity and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or Canva.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across different media.
  • Excellent sense of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and animation is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
