**Key Responsibilities**:
**-Graphic Design**:

○ Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across visual content.
- **Ad Creative Development**:
○ Ideate and create high-performing ad creatives for paid campaigns (Meta,

Google, etc.).

○ Work with the performance marketing team to test and iterate creatives based on

performance data.

**-Video & Motion Design**:
○ Create and edit reels, motion graphics, short-form videos for social media and

ads.

○ Source or create visual elements, animations, transitions, and effects to enhance

storytelling.

**-Collaboration**:
○ Coordinate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand briefs and

deliver effective creatives.

○ Take ownership of projects from conceptualization to final delivery.
- **Creative Direction Support**:
○ Bring fresh, innovative design ideas to brainstorms and team discussions.

○ Stay updated with current design and social media trends, tools, and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic and video design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic, digital ad, and video design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/ Canva (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro,

After Effects) or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and ad performance metrics.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a collaborative attitude.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience designing for D2C, lifestyle, or tech brands.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design basics.
- Experience with tools like CapCut, VN, or other mobile-based video editors.
- Photography and visual storytelling skills.
