**Job Opening: Voice Support - Telesales Executive**

We are hiring **Voice Support - Telesales Executives** to handle outbound calls and promote insurance plans to potential customers. You will play a key role in achieving daily/weekly targets and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads
- Explain insurance products clearly and persuasively
- Follow up on leads and convert to sales
- Maintain call logs and update CRM regularly
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally

**Requirements**:

- 12th Pass / Any Degree
- Good communication & telephonic skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in telesales/BPO is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge
