**Job Summary**:
The Brand Executive develops and executes brand strategies, manages client relationships, and ensures successful marketing initiatives. This role involves overseeing lead generation, client engagement, competitor analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand growth and sales performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Engagement & Meetings: Schedule 30-50 meetings/month, manage calendar, and build strong client relationships.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with content, operations, and sales teams to align brand strategies with sales objectives.
- Lead Management: Oversee lead qualification, nurturing, and engagement to drive business growth.
- Pitch Decks & Proposals: Develop customized pitch decks and proposals aligned with client needs and brand goals.
- Reports & Analytics: Track performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on KPIs.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, monitor market trends, and identify new opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate client data, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Feedback & Process Improvement: Gather client feedback and implement process improvements.
- Team Development: Lead training sessions and foster continuous learning within the team.
- Goal Tracking: Monitor team performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field.
- Experience: Atleast 1 year in brand management, sales, or marketing, preferably in Advertising or Digital Marketing
