Position Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics based on specifications from engineers and architects.
- Develop and maintain CAD models and documentation for various projects.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure accurate and efficient design processes.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior draftsmen and other team members.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to gather information and verify design requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest drafting software and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a drafting or design role, preferably within the Civil engineering sector.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design work.
- Ability to interpret and create complex technical drawings and plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
