**Precast Draftsman**

Prepare various detail drawings accurately. Maintain interdisciplinary coordination and be able to work independently and within scheduled timelines.

**Responsibilities**

1. Prepare shop drawings for precast concrete components, steel mould and RC structures.

2. Preparation of layout plans for production and submission to clients.

3. Prepare structural general arrangements for beams, slabs, columns, foundations, etc.

4. Preparation of reinforcement detailing of construction joints & expansion joints, etc.

5. Prepare erection drawings for site engineers.

6. Coordinate structural drawing with the tender, architectural & shop drawings.

7. Update drawings based on feedback from consultant, structural engineer and architect.

8. Maintain and updated drawing register for every project.

9. Prepare bar bending schedule.

Professional Requirements

Education
- Degree Level: Degree
- Field of Study: Civil
- Previous Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Detailer
- Technical Skills: Creative skills, Design software, active listening.
- Industrial precast products.
- Communication skills.
- Latest design or BIM software’s.
- Culture requirement
- Work Style: Detail oriented
- Emotional Disposition: Patient.
- Professional Values: Punctual and ethical.
