**Key Responsibilities**
- **Partnership Development**:

- Identify and engage with universities, research institutes, and academic partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
- Design and execute strategic plans to expand our academic collaboration network, enhancing brand visibility and reach within the educational sector.
- Negotiate and draft Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), agreements, and contracts for collaborative projects.
- **Program Coordination**:

- Oversee joint research initiatives, student exchange programs, and collaborative product development with academic partners.
- Manage program timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements to ensure smooth execution of collaborative projects.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments (R&D, Product, Marketing) and academic institutions to align goals and objectives.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with academic leaders, faculty members, and researchers to identify emerging opportunities for collaboration.
- Organize and participate in events, conferences, webinars, and presentations to promote and showcase collaborative projects.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and feedback on partnership performance.
- **Research and Grant Management**:

- Collaborate with the R&D team to identify research funding opportunities, grants, and scholarships that align with academic and company goals.
- Support academic partners in securing funding for joint research and development initiatives.
- **Data and Impact Analysis**:

- Track and evaluate the impact of partnerships through data collection and analysis, presenting insights and reports to internal stakeholders.
- Implement evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of academic collaborations and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop case studies and white papers that showcase successful partnerships and highlight the company’s contribution to academia.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Relations, Business, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. in Education or related field preferred).
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in academic partnerships, university relations, or higher education.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale academic collaborations, ideally within the EdTech or education sector.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in partnership management platforms and data analysis tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in planning and executing complex programs.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in an EdTech organization or similar fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Strong understanding of academic research, curriculum development, and educational technology trends.
- Experience with grant writing and securing funding for collaborative projects.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
