Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance and support to students in choosing courses, planning academic paths, and achieving educational goals - Help students identify strengths, weaknesses, and interests to make informed decisions - Assist with academic difficulties, such as study skills, time management, and learning strategies - Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success - Develop and implement academic success programs and workshops - Maintain accurate records and provide referrals to campus resources as needed - Knowledge about the courses we offer and convincing them to join the same. Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to empathize and build rapport with students - Knowledge of academic programs and policies - Organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Negotiating and Convincing skills. Job Details Employment Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
