- Key Responsibilities**:*
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Counsel students on available courses and guide them on their career path
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and responses
- Explain course structure, features, and benefits effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams and support students throughout the enrollment process

- Requirements**:*
- Good communication skills in *Marathi, Hindi, and English*
- Knowledge and understanding of *competitive exams* (JEE, NEET, CET, etc.)
- Previous experience in counseling/telecalling is preferred
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handling online tools
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude
