UrbanSparks Digital Institute is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled **Tele Caller Executive & Counselor** to join our growing team. As a Tele Caller Executive & Counselor, you will be responsible for engaging with potential students, introducing them to our wide range of courses, guiding them through the enrollment process, and providing valuable counseling regarding their educational and career goals. Your role will directly impact the growth of the institute and contribute to shaping students' futures in the tech industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Telecalling & Lead Generation**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and introduce them to UrbanSparks’ various programs and courses.
- Ensure a consistent flow of leads and enrollments by meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets.

**Counseling**:

- Provide personalized counseling to students, helping them choose the right course based on their interests and career goals.
- Educate prospects about the benefits of different programs, including career opportunities, certification, and job guarantee initiatives.
- Address students' queries and provide accurate, transparent information regarding course details, fees, schedules, and enrollment procedures.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential students, guiding them throughout their decision-making process.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction among leads and enrolled students.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain detailed records of all communications with students, including call logs, follow-up schedules, and status updates in CRM systems.
- Assist with other administrative and telecalling tasks, as required, to support the sales and counseling teams.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of **high school** education (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- **0-2 years of experience** in telecalling, customer service, or sales (education sector experience is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English and local languages** (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc., based on location).
- **Goal-oriented**, with a passion for education and helping students achieve their career aspirations.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and resilient with the ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, Google Suite, etc.).
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
