**Job Description - Landis Machine Operator**
**Location**: Hooghly, Singur
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate the **Landis Thread Cutting Machine** for various bolt sizes (M27 - M45).
- Set up dies, chasers, and guides as per production requirements.
- Check threads using gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy and conformity to standards.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters for optimal production efficiency.
- Conduct minor maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of the machine.
- Maintain proper records of production, rejections, and downtime in daily production logs.
- Coordinate with the quality and maintenance teams for inspections and repairs.
- Follow all safety and operational procedures within the factory premises.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Education**: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-3 years** of experience operating Landis or similar thread cutting machines in a fasteners manufacturing unit.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of thread profiles, chaser setup, and pitch control.
- Understanding of gauges and measurement instruments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
