**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain **Color Narrow Web Flexo Printing Machines** efficiently and safely.
- Set up print jobs, including mounting plates, loading ink, and adjusting print settings.
- Ensure print quality by monitoring output and making adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure production schedules are met.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Assist in other printing-related tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- **3 to 5 years** of relevant experience in Flexo/Offset/Gravure printing operations.
- Strong understanding of printing machine operations and quality control.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts if required.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

**Note**: Final salary will be based on experience and performance in the interview.

**Location**: Pearapore Road, Baidyabati, Hooghly
**Immediate Joiners Preferred**

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
