**Role Overview**:
We’re hiring a **Quantity Surveyor** who knows how to make every square foot count. If numbers are your playground, site coordination excites you, and you're ready to collaborate with visionary architects and site teams—you’ll thrive here. Your work will directly influence high-end turnkey projects that blend luxury, efficiency, and creativity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Measurements**: Conduct accurate on-site measurements to verify execution and progress.
- **Client Billing**: Prepare and submit milestone-based client invoices with clarity and accuracy.
- **Vendor Billing**: Validate and process vendor bills in sync with site status and purchase orders
- **Team Coordination**: Act as a bridge between site engineers, contractors, and the office team.
- **Reporting**: Deliver timely reports to the Project Manager on quantities, costs, and progress.
- **Tendering**: Assist in BOQs, cost estimation, and bid evaluations for new and upcoming projects.

**Skills You Bring**:

- Deep understanding of quantity surveying & billing practices
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, AutoCAD**, and relevant billing/project tools (ERP, MS Project, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with an eye for precision
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience handling multiple vendors and project timelines

- M.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Hands-on experience in high-end commercial, or hospitality projects

Pay: ₹15,194.48 - ₹48,631.27 per month
