**Quantity Surveyor (5 to 10 yrs)**

**Job responsibilities**
- Quantity take-off from GFC using Revit Models and 2D drawings, Rate analysis of extra items of work, BBS, Material and labour planning & management.
- Good measuring skills on all relevant building trades and elements, understanding of the cross-check methods and principles of estimating, Ability to quantity validation on tender drawings independently.
- Preparing RFI when sufficient information/details are not available.
- Reasonable knowledge of building cost economics and technology, good ability to review the deliverables, good estimating skills, good skills in drafting of BoQ or review of BoQ drafted by team, items pricing and rate analysis.
- Review plans and quantification of work for accuracy & ensure adherence to the provisions of the cost estimates.
- Prepare Progress Curve, Manpower histogram, S-Curve, Quantity variance analysis, Identify critical activities.
- Preparation of Baseline Construction Program (BCP), tracking & monitoring submitted projects schedules periodically & updating the project progress.
- Discuss the overall long-term plan with the Higher officials and ensure that the work undertaken at site is in accordance.
- Analyze the delays, proposing corrective/preventive action plans, and revise the programs.
- Developing and producing timely weekly, monthly and special reports for the Project, Drafting LOA and WO, Compilation of contract documents including getting necessary inputs from the other teams.

**General requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in Quantity estimation, Quantity surveying, Construction project management for residential/Commercial & Industrial projects in Real estate Industry with Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or relevant technical knowledge & experience with post-graduation in construction project management or quantity surveying.
- Intermediate or Expert level knowledge on Project management or scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project etc.), Autodesk suite (AutoCAD, Revit etc).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, Peoplesoft ERP, etc.
- Relevant experience of effectively supporting project teams
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to communicate / work with multi-cultural team of technicians and engineers for projects
- Ability to write accurate and concise communications
- Ability to work independently in most circumstances and use initiative to propose and implement changes to work practices
- Self-Driven, positive attitude
- Strong Analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills
- Strong organizing and Planning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
