Job Location - Bangalore/Bengaluru

1. A Quantity Surveyor is involved in analyzing the drawings and specifications given by the architects and structural engineers.

2. Responsible for estimating the quantity of material required for construction. They’re also responsible for the calculation of actual labor costs.

3. They’re instrumental in managing the results of the actual cost for the whole construction based on the technical measurements tools.

4. Quantity Surveyor, among one of the specialists in Civil engineering.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills

6.Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

7.Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

8.Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.

9. Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.

10. Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.

**Salary**: From ₹320,000.00 per month
