As a Placement Coordinator at Zoople Technologies, you will be responsible for managing the placement process for students and ensuring successful job placements in relevant industries. You will work closely with the placement team, students, and industry partners to facilitate smooth and effective placement activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students in preparing their resumes, cover letters, and portfolios. Assist students in developing their interview skills, job search strategies, and professional networking.

Industry Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers and industry professionals to identify potential job opportunities for students. Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the placement program and build partnerships with companies.

Job Matching: Evaluate student profiles and match them with suitable job openings based on their skills, interests, and career goals. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and negotiations between students and employers.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student placements, including contact information, job offers, and employment status. Prepare reports on placement statistics, trends, and outcomes for management and stakeholders.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from students, employers, and other stakeholders to enhance the placement program. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the placement process.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Previous experience in career counselling, placement services, or human resources is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
