**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with local and national employers.
- Identify job placement opportunities for students in various fields of study.
- Assist students in creating effective resumes and preparing for interviews.
- Organize and coordinate job fairs and recruitment events on campus.
- Provide guidance and support to students in their job search process.
- Collect and analyze placement data to improve outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends and job market conditions.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align curriculum with industry needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in career counseling, placement, or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
