**Position**:Placement Coordinator - Female

**Location**: Kochi,Kerala

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with government agencies, departments, and associated bodies to understand project objectives and align placement strategies accordingly.
- Act as a liaison between our organization and the government entities involved in the project, ensuring compliance with project guidelines and reporting requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in placement coordination, government projects, or similar roles, with a comprehensive understanding of Kerala's employment landscape.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Malayalam, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with government officials and stakeholders.
- Strong networking abilities and the capability to build and maintain relationships with government bodies and partnering organizations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software for database management and reporting purposes.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
