**Your Primary Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with potential customers, building long-lasting relationships in the field.
- Conduct field visits to connect with clients, prospects, and retailers, representing our strong industry presence.
- Pitch our trusted products and services to generate high-quality sales leads.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals and meet sales goals.
- Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Organize webinars, events, and customer meetings to further strengthen relationships with our partners and clients.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Freshers** with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- BBA / Graduates preferred.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** in **English**.
- A **self-driven, proactive attitude** and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- **Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills** - you're not just selling, you're building trust with customers.
- **70-80% field visits** required - embrace the opportunity to meet new people and expand your network.
