
Sales Support Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Task Management: Review and complete tasks, ensuring that all past due tasks are addressed and cleared efficiently.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Account Executives to update and review active opportunities, overdue opportunities, pre-sales tickets, active projects, and open tickets. Upload new customers to HubSpot and assist with tasks and sequences.
- UPS Labels: Generate UPS labels as needed to facilitate the shipping process. Reporting: Generate updated renewal reports for hardware and software, and complete any additional reporting or assist in initiatives as designated.
- **Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related job experience.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, especially HubSpot.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience in the technology or software industry. Familiarity with UPS shipping processes and label generation.
