HR & Administration Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Handle payroll, attendance, and maintenance of employee records.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day administrative operations.
- Support and implement HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
**Preferred Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Additional HR certifications (HRA, SHRM, or similar) are a plus.
