**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**:

- Handle and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer information.
- **Client Communication**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about products or services.
- Communicate with clients to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure sales materials are up-to-date and readily available.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- Generate reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends as needed.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings for the sales team.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documentation.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and handling travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of sales events and conferences.
- **Collaboration**:

- Foster positive relationships with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and information flow.
- Work closely with the finance department to reconcile invoices and resolve billing issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or any field.
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high levels of accuracy.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel

Work Location: In person
