**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Identification and Acquisition**:
- Identify potential projects in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors requiring lighting solutions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active leads by networking, cold calling, and participating in industry events.
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Present customized lighting solutions that align with client needs and project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations to stakeholders.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
- **Coordination and Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the design, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- **Market Intelligence and Reporting**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in lighting.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project statuses using CRM tools.
