We are in search of a seasoned Accounts Executive to become a part of our dynamic team. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial transactions, managing the general accounting operations, and ensuring adherence to pertinent laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconciling and verifying financial statements
- Handling GST & TDS return filing
- Monitoring and reviewing financial transactions
- Crafting financial reports and formulating budgets
- Undertaking financial analyses to support decision-making
- Collaborating closely with internal departments to enhance financial procedures
- Assisting in audit processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 2 to 6 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical aptitude
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Familiarity with accounting standards and regulations

**Skills**:

- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally)
- Comprehensive understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts
- Efficient financial data analysis capabilities
- Stellar communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Robust problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in multitasking and task prioritization
- Knowledgeable about pertinent laws and regulations
