**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Meeting of stipulated turnaround times (TAT)
- Adherence to client Service Level Agreement (SLAs)
- Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge such that Netrika’s process and products can be explained to internal and external parties
- At all times to work in accordance with Netrika’s privacy and security guidelines
- Adherence to Netrika’s mission, vision, values, policies and procedures

**Required Skills**:

- Superior written and spoken English
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy - Microsoft Office suite of products including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel
- Superior time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Strong rapport building skills
- Typing speed of 50 wpm
- A strong focus on accuracy and high attention to detail
- Knowledge of data privacy principle / data protection
- Good working relationship with Supervisor to ensure clear and transparent client communication

**Experience**:
0-3 Years- Initiate new requests
- Commence all verifications accurately and within required time frames.
- Record all information relating to verifications on Netrika platform, including all mandated attempts in real time
- Ensure all operational logs are recorded accurately and in real time
- Monitor turnaround times (TAT) and ensure compliance with standard operational processes (SOP’s) and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Identify potential delays/ issues that are likely to adversely impact turnaround times and bring these to the attention of your manager immediately
- Review of research findings to ensure accuracy of information and release of final report to the client in the manner mandated by client SLA
- Prepare and deliver client delivery reports/business review
- Answer all client queries around the progress of reports
- Liaison with client to ensure clients become advocates for Netrika screening solutions
- Liaison with finance (Client’s billing enquiry)
- Report to Manager Client Delivery (Monthly report and Daily team meeting)
- Proactively identify areas for improvements and make recommendation to the processes undertaken on a regular basis
- Other duties as assigned by the Netrika
