- Welcome calls to clients and explaining them the rating process
- Follow up calls on mandatory info collection from clients for initiating the rating process for new as well as for review cases
- Managing non analytical client queries and keeping clients posted proactively on execution status of WIP assignments
- Managing support calls centrally routed through the website helpline numbers
- Monthly and quarterly calls to collect NDS statements from clients and bankers respectively
- Follow up calls for LOA acceptance
- 6 monthly calls to all outstanding clients for necessary info collection to conduct MER
- Any other follow up or client servicing call that may be required as per SEBI / RBI guidelines
- Managing, recording and updating latest co-ordinates and details of key contact person and bankers of outstanding clients in relevant systems and databases
- Tracking and keeping records of pending information status client wise in system
- Actively engaging with rating analysts and associate analysts for ensuring quick resolution of client queries if any.
- Working closely with rating analytical team and rating desk to facilitate a faster turnaround time for case executions.- Should be fluent in spoken English & Hindi, knowing an additional regional language like Tamil / Telegu will be an added advantage
