**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, company financials, and relevant news in the enterprise and technology sectors
- Create and update financial models, comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transaction analysis (PTA)
- Prepare presentations and other deal collaterals
- Assist in the preparation of transaction documents, including offering memorandums and due diligence materials
- Conduct due diligence on potential investors
- Assist in managing the deal process, including coordinating with internal and external parties
- Experience in deal cycle, finance, or related fields with a focus on enterprise and technology sectors
- Knowledge of financial markets and the regulatory environment

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
