**Position**: Inside Sales and Customer Support Representative - Medical Devices

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive support to customers regarding medical devices such as ECG (Electrocardiogram), ABPM (Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring), Holter monitors, and Sleep Tests.
- Proactively engage with potential customers to promote medical devices, highlighting their benefits and features tailored to specific healthcare needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of leads.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for introducing medical devices into new markets or expanding within existing accounts.
- Demonstrate proficiency in explaining the technical specifications and functionality of medical devices, addressing any concerns or questions from healthcare professionals and end-users.
- Resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting assistance for medical devices, prioritizing rapid resolution to minimize downtime.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in medical technology related to ECG, ABPM, Holter monitors, and Sleep Tests.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs, including customer satisfaction metrics and revenue objectives within the medical devices segment.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of medical devices, including attending training sessions, participating in product demonstrations, and self-directed learning initiatives to maintain expertise in the service field.

**Requirement**:
2. **Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Inside Sales**: Proven track record in inside sales, with at least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or medical devices industry.

Pay: ₹12,068.23 - ₹45,210.60 per month
