- Must have 2-3 year’s working experience in the similar position in Automobile dealership,
- Have a valid LMV driving license.
- According to the requirement ready to independent travel outside the city (Branches).

**Full Job Description**

An automobile service trainer typically includes a range of responsibilities related to training and development in the Automobile dealership (PCBU). Here is a general outline of the job description:

- Motivating the team to achieve high standard.
- Dealing with and resolving problems and issues which arise.
- Mentoring and training up junior and new staff.
- Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance.
- Arranging & chairing weekly team meetings, focusing on targets & achievements.
- Briefing the team to any competition vehicle each week.
- Conducting monthly internal surprise tests (your product and competitors).
- Daily basis complete with team learning bites, quiz and competitive skills and reporting to management.
- Providing prompt and accurate information on individual performance.
- Providing training (Virtual Center Training / Central Regional Training) for each CA, TL, SM. Also giving 6 step demo of all level of training (Certificate Level, Expert Level, Master Level (Translation Video, Translation PDF, VCT, CRT).
