**Position: Legal & Compliance Assurance Associate**
**Qualification: LLB**
**Experience: 3 to 6 years**
**Location: Gurgaon**
- Perform advance qualitative analysis and document key points and exposure on executed PPA and work on the mitigation plane within the terms of PPA.
- Summarize the contractual requirements of PPA from compliance point of view and support team in upkeep and tracking of the same.
- Extensive data research, shall be responsible for maintaining database of relevant regulations, acts, orders of importance.
- Perform qualitative analysis of applicable regulations in states of importance and summarize for ready references and for better understanding of business teams.
- Keep a track of relevant draft regulations issued by ERCs and prepare comments for intime representation before appropriate commission.
- Engage and participate in dispute resolution alongside companys legal team.
- Submission of response on draft regulations on behalf of department and may appear before various State Electricity Regulatory Commissions alongside company’s legal team.
- Advising management and business team on contract’s legal parameters and do ability\\ of resolution plane
- Conducting legal due diligence from time-to-time wrt to compliances and keeping sanctity of captive structure
- Preparing suggestive measures for; regulatory and legal compliances.
- Negotiations with clients/counter party on resolution of disputes.
- Briefing and assisting external counsels, as and when required.
- Analyse and comments on drafts of corporate PPA under execution, to minimize the business risk.
