**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dispatch team to ensure the efficient and timely dispatch of goods or services.
- Develop daily schedules and routes for drivers to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times.
- Monitor real-time dispatch operations, addressing any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery schedules, driver assignments, and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other relevant stakeholders to provide updates on delivery status and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to dispatch operations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of dispatch team members, providing feedback, coaching, and support as needed to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and logistics, to coordinate dispatch activities and resolve any operational issues or customer complaints.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within the dispatch operations, implementing changes as necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing dispatch operations, including transportation laws, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, transportation management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience 2-3 years in dispatch operations, with at least 1.5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of dispatching software, GPS systems, and route optimization techniques.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in team management, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, effectively resolving issues and making decisions to ensure efficient dispatch operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
