**Job Role**:

- As an Architect - Project Coordinator, you will:

- Oversee project coordination between design, visualization, and execution teams.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
- Review and refine architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Conduct site visits (if applicable) to ensure design intent is being followed.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the 3D visualization team to ensure realistic and high-quality representations of architectural concepts.
- Provide project reports and updates to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural project coordination or project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, technical drawings, and construction processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in 3D visualization or AR/VR integration is a plus but not mandatory.
