**Full job description**
- Design and detailed engineering of sewage treatment plant/ industrial waste water treatment plant
- He should have adequate knowledge of different technologies like SBR/MBBR/MBR
- Should be able to coordinate with the construction team, erection & commissioning team.
- Should also have knowledge of operation and maintenance of STP/ ETP.
- Experience in Mechanical equipment like Pumps, Blowers Centrifuge, Decanter, Chlorination, Diffuser.
- Should have adequate knowledge of Mechanical equipment & execution
- Supervise the construction project from start to finish.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to understand the project details and requirements.
- Network with external contractors and negotiate to attain the best deals and rates for assignment.
- Develop a detailed project plan-project plan sheet.
- Creating of a project estimate and presenting BOQ/BOM to the management.
- Lead in the development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure regular feedback is shared with staff including timely completion of employee performance appraisals.
- Understand and administer contracts and subcontract agreements.
- Establish, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation with project deliverables and milestones.
- Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
- Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.
- Ensure resources are being used to the optimum to provide best results.
- Keep inventory of tools, equipment and machinery.
- Periodic reconciliation of major items.
- Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.
- Demonstrate high standards of accountability and integrity.
- Manage and oversee field operation and engineering processes and procedures.
- Drive enforcement of safety protocols by the project staff.
- Keep management informed on progress for project and budget through regularly scheduled Operations Review Meetings.
- Must have advanced presentation skills. Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
