We are seeking highly motivated Architects who are up for a challenge, and ready to push the boundaries of **IT Park and Corporate Architecture**

Position

- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

**Requirements:

- **
- **Experience**:

- In-depth experience in corporate (IT) projects. Overseeing approval drawings, BOQs, **construction sets / GFCs**, and services
- **Bidding and Presentation**:

- Participating in client presentations and discussions to secure project contracts.
- **Project Management**: Experience in overseeing a minimum of 2-3 projects from concept to completion (mandatory).
- **Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teams effectively**:

- **Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Managing communication between various teams to meet project milestones.
- Leading and mentoring junior team members to enhance overall project efficiency.
- **Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion**:

- **Work Ethic**: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to meet demanding deadlines

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
